Type/Use of Project
This new building is the regional service center for a community healthcare provider. The three story, 42,000 sq ft office building will be home to a 7,000 sq ft health center, approx 5,000 sq ft of retail on the ground floor and the provider's headquarters on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Community Impact
- More than double its clinical capacity from
10,000 patient visits per year up to 24,000.
- Increased health education program will be able to reach 35,000 individuals, up from 24,000.
- Frees up space in existing facility to expand their online health services, reaching patients state-wide.
- Brings 140 permanent jobs to the low-income neighborhood.
